We are looking for a motivated and skilled

Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

Aurora's Berlin office is conveniently located near the S+U station Innsbrucker Platz.

 

In this entry level position you will report to and work closely with the Senior Manager Strategic Marketing.


Your responsibilities include

  • Marketing Project Management
    • Develop, coordinate, and implement various marketing projects under the guidance of the Senior Manager Strategic Marketing.
    • Support the introduction and positioning of new brands, ensuring alignment with local market needs, target group expectations and cultural nuances. 
    • Manage projects in collaboration with internal departments, agencies, and external partners.
    • Ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and project objectives.
  • Market Analyses 
    • Identify and report on new industry trends and market developments. 
    • Monitor brand performance and support data-driven decisions. 
  • Event Management
    • Assist in planning and organizing trade fairs, events, and sponsorship activities.
    • Support on-site execution and logistics for events.
  • Content Development & Management
    • Create and maintain marketing materials (e.g., presentations, brochures) aligned with brand identities and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and update website content. 
  • Campaign Management
    • Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
    • Work with internal teams to develop tailored content for specific target audiences. 
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain and update project plans, budget overviews, and reports. 
    • Prepare presentations and reports for management and other departments.
    • Support the organization of meetings and workshops.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum is a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business Administration or related fields. 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or related fields. 
  • Internships or trainee programs may count towards experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of target group needs.
  • Creative thinker with an affinity for social media and modern marketing trends.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications. 
  • Fluent German and English required.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with digital marketing- and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
