As Online Performance Marketing Manager for the European D2C business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine marketing strategies and measures to increase tesa’s web shop visibility, drive traffic, and maximize sales conversion. As part of our online marketing team, you will work cross-functionally and closely together with our Shop Management, IT, Product and Brand Marketing to ensure the successful execution of search campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute comprehensive SEA and SEO strategies and measures to improve organic visibility and drive qualitative traffic to the web shop
• Set-up, steer, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns, including bid management, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROI
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaigns and content accordingly

• Manage on- and offsite SEO, including the creation and optimization of SEO content, meta tags, headings, URLs etc. for improved search engine rankings
• Work closely with the IT Product Owner to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure website performance and indexability
• Improve data-driven performance monitoring and utilize appropriate tools for an effective SEO and SEA management
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitor activities, and best practices in search engine marketing
